You are a new nurse practitioner and have noted several clinical practices that do not align with evidence-based clinical decision making or following national clinical guidelines. Your office manager has asked you to present to the office the importance of evidence-based decision making and where to find current and up-to-date clinical practice guidelines as well as the impact of nurse practitioner care in evidence-based clinical decision making and patient health outcomes.
Instructions
- Create an 8–10 slide PowerPoint presentation (not including title or reference slide) and record a video of yourself giving this presentation using Kaltura. This presentation should not exceed 10 minutes.
- Review the Using Kaltura guide if you need more information about recording your presentation.
- Include typed speaker notes in APA formatting with references in addition to your PowerPoint presentation and video.
- Cite 3–5 credible sources from peer-reviewed journals or professional industry publications to support your presentation.
