Small wins
Exactly one week ago, we saw the birth of saseni.com, and the week has been as challenging as we expected. We have done over a hundred orders and believe we are better than we started.
We failed to get a writer to do three orders and had to refund the clients. We also had two orders canceled as the client wasn’t satisfied with the work done.
One writer resigned due to pressure, and we fired another due to unethical behavior.
For all users who have worked with us this far, receive our special appreciation. Be assured that our service to you is getting more refined by the day.
Lessons Learnt; solutions unearthed
We learnt the hard way why charging the same fee for all deadlines was a recipe for disaster. You would find an employer asking for a 10-page paper to be done in 6 or 12 hours. While the papers were done, maintaining high quality proved challenging, and making it worse, the editors didn’t have enough time to review the papers. We were also late with quite a few orders, which is unacceptable.
Urgent orders placed between 3 and 5 am became quite a challenge. On a close check, we realized the papers were not urgent in the first place; the employers didn’t see why they needed to put a more extended deadline if a shorter one cost the same.
To solve this, and as a way to entice writers to take papers with a short deadline, we increased the CPP for 3, 6, and 12-hour deadline orders. Also, we are now certain that urgent orders are truly urgent; otherwise, an employer would not have paid more for the sake of it. We also have writers who are eager to work on such orders as they have a handsome reward.
Call to Lower the CPP for employer heard
We started off by giving a service to writers at a fee of 300 bob PP. With a fee for the editor, the lowest cost per page was 400. This kicked out employers who got orders for $4 or less per page. Our service was meant to serve everyone, and we returned to the drawing board; yesterday, we got a solution.
Now, at saseni.com, all users in any package from starter to God mode can choose whether they need an editor for their paper. Without one, your order costs as low as 320 PP, depending on the deadline and discipline.
Even without telling members, we have seen a rise in membership and, consequently, the orders placed using this feature. The consequence, however, is that the employer has to countercheck the work done to ensure all instructions have been followed. We believe we have incorporated all employers in the industry.

This week, we have been adjusting to our user experience, and I’m sure those who checked us out from the first day will agree a lot has changed to suit the user, and we are not about to stop.
Over the next few days, we will improve our ratings section to rate the writers in terms of deadlines, grammar, and following instructions. All these will be rated independently.
The average plagiarism score for orders will be assessed and displayed for all to see. It also means that we will provide employers with a plagiarism report for all orders as part of service delivery.
Ratings will help reward outstanding writers with customer request, and also give employers a say on who does their papers. It also gives us feedback on who we need to keep in our team and who needs to be let go.
