Instructions

Using your project, create a risk register with potential risks, likelihood, impact, and response strategy. (See an example of a risk register in your text.)

You will:

• Include your name and the date at the top of the page, and please include your last name in the file name of the assignment.
• All of your capstone-related weekly assignments are graded on a scale of 1-10 and account for a small percentage of your final grade.
• These milestones are intended to provide the opportunity for feedback throughout the course.
