Instructions

This course culminates in a final project wherein you present a research proposal that is intended to fill a gap in current research and be an original study. You will not be conducting the study, just presenting the proposal. Please view the Capstone Instructions.(I have attached)

This milestone is designed for you to determine the broad area that you will be proposing the research for in the realm of diversity and psychology. This broad area could be something like: racial relations, diversity in employment, weightism, ageism, stereotyping, etc. We will be narrowing the topics from this point on.

Please choose an overall topic area and compose a one-paragraph declaration of intent that includes why you chose this topic, what aspects you may want to explore within the topic, and, in your opinion, what research is lacking in that area. Also, do a cursory review of relevant literature prior to choosing so you can start the process of narrowing.
