Purpose

The purpose of this week's discussion is to analyze a translation science model as the foundation of translation science and complete the required appendix documents for the Week 6 assignment.

Instructions

Review this week’s readings and provide your response in 150 words or less:

1. State your practice question in PICOT format.
2. Interpret your selected translational science theory or theoretical model and nursing theory to provide the framework for your project implementation. Arrange the main phases or steps of the theory in your discussion.
3. Once all appendix documents are fully completed, place all documents in a zip file. Upload the zip file to the discussion using the “Attach paperclip” option. [DO NOT upload documents separately]:
   • Practicum site support letter (required)
   • Letter stating if the practicum site requires IRB review (required -if the statement about the IRB is not in the Letter of Support)
