You can use powerpoint to create the infographic. Two slides for the infographic.
Purpose: This is to help you understand the types and roles of fat in the body.
Instructions: Many people tend to think that fats are bad for us, but this is not an accurate assessment. Your role is to help people understand how important fats are for our body.
Assume you are working with high school aged students. You have been asked to design an infographic explaining the following types of fats: triglycerides, phospholipids and sterols. Additionally, include the following in your infographic:
- Be sure to also explain four major functions of fat overall.
- Since nutrition is our major concern here, be sure to highlight which fats are used for fuel in our bodies and give at least three specific examples of “good” or healthy fats to incorporate into our diets.
- Include a minimum of 2 references from this week’s material.
- Remember to cite any sources that you use following APA formatting guidelines. You will be graded on your attempt to cite your sources using APA, not on your APA formatting accuracy.
- Your completed infographic should be 1-2 pages.
